Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international destinations — sign up for email updates to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of any order from your order history page. If you checked out as a guest, use the Order Status page with your order number and email address.

Delays and Issues

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at admin@bloodloyaltyfamily.com and we'll look into it right away.
