1. Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order on bloodloyaltyfamily.com, you offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@bloodloyaltyfamily.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please use our returns process instead. Contact us immediately at admin@bloodloyaltyfamily.com if you need to cancel.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blood Loyalty Family is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
