Secure Payment Processing

When You're Charged

Your card is charged at the time you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is processed.

Currency

All prices on bloodloyaltyfamily.com are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you're paying with a non-USD card, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee — check with your card issuer for details.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, double-check that your billing address matches what your bank has on file, and that your card details are entered correctly. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing depends on your card issuer — the credit should appear on your next statement. See our Returns page for full details.
